This is day 2 of the Removable Mural. In this
step I use soft pastels to lay in some lines to
create the feeling I want to achieve. I like the
pastels as I can wipe them off with a cloth and
when it's time to paint, a little thinner on a rag
will remove almost all but a faint image.

Now I start adding more plants,
placing grass in various areas to get
a feel for what I want. The large leaf
plant on the left is beginning to catch

adding browns and reds into the

I have been working on the trees with
glazes and starting to add leaves.
There are areas of blues showing
through the leaves now and the
banana leaves are taking shape. I
had to make changes to the tree on
the right because the tail of the tiger
might overlap it and the perspective
would be off
